Idea of You (Lyrics)
Introduced in the 2006 Summer tour. There are many variations to these lyrics. In 2007, Dave prefaced the song with "this is a song about my babysitter when I was a kid." The lyrics have changed slightly to fall in line.
After over 100 performances this song was officailly recorded in the studio and released on "Come Tomorrow", though with a live flair to it and features horns from Leroi Moore. In various interviews, Dave Matthews expressed that he did not want to put this song on an ablum, but was later conviced by producer Rob Callavo to include it. "The" from the title was excluded making the song now just simply called "Idea of You"
